Fayetteville, Georgia City Center Park Grand Opening
Matthew Powers, Athletic Coordinator for the Fayette County Parks and Recreation is available all during the first event to explain the many programs offered by the Fayette County parks and Recreation Department.
July 17, 2021-Fayetteville, Georgia-The City of Fayetteville opens the new City Center Park in grand style. The first event of the day runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., family themed events such as kid crafts and activities, inflatables, workout sponsored by HiTONE Fitness, a fun run around the park and more. Food and drinks are provided by food trucks and other vendors. Admission and activities are free of charge.
This is scheduled to be the first of many free, public events planned and hosted by the City of Fayetteville in 2021. Beginning with the grand opening, City Center Park is open daily to the publicy.
