2017 Fayetteville Memorial Day
May 29, 2017-Fayetteville, Georgia-American Legion Post 105’s annual Memorial Day Ceremony in the historic Fayetteville Cemetery in downtown Fayetteville.
Featured speakers are Brigadier General Scott F. “Rock” Donahue U. S. Army, Ret and current Georgia Military College-Fayetteville executive director, Brigadier General Thomas Carden, Jr., Assistant Adjutant General - Army, Georgia Dept. of Defense and Commander, Georgia Army National Guard and Georgia State Representative for District 72 - Josh Bonner.
Members of the Civil Air Patrol color guard present the National Colors and the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department Honor Guard fire a salute after the playing of, “Taps!”
